  "full_text": "The IRE and NICAR Database Library recently updated its U.S. Recreational Boating Accident Database.\n\nCurrent through 2005, the database contains information on recreational boating incidents that resulted in a death or an injury that required more than just first aid. It consists of four tables (Prime, Dead, Injury and Vessel) and also lists vessel damage that costs more than $2,000 to repair. For the first time, the database does not include data for California because the state declined to allow the Coast Guard to release the records.\n\nFor more information, visit www.ire.org/datalibrary/databases or call the library at 573-884-7711",
