  "full_text": "Census glossary (From handout #809, by Paul Overberg of USA Today):\n\nNRFU: Non-response follow-up. If you don't mail back your census form, a live human comes to interview you. Or eventually, your neighbors, if you can't be found.\n\nICM: Integrated Coverage Measurement. A national survey of 750,000 households that will be done just after and matched to the census, duplicating its core in miniature. It will be used to double-check the accuracy of the data and, Congress willing, to adjust totals.\n\nCCC: Complete Count Committee. Local advisory groups assembled to get the word out and cue the Census Bureau to local circumstances.",
