  "full_text": "Here's a tip if you're trying to find a listserv mailing list or usenet discussion group: Try Tile.Net at http://tile.net. It has lists of discussion groups and listservs. Nova University also has a good site at http://www.nova.edu/Inter-Links/listserv.html. Another place where you can find those lists, and tons and tons of other information about the online world, is at RTFM (for \"Read the Friendly Manual\") at MIT. It's at ftp://rtfm.mit.edu. It's not a pretty interface (it's general ftp navigation), but it has mountains of great information.",
