David Armstrong has gone crosstown from the Boston Herald to the Boston Globe and his partner, Alan Levin, took Brant Houston's spot at The Hartford Courant. Actually, The Courant has expanded its CAR program by adding John Moran, a long-time reporter there, as its online reporter. (This issue's quiz: How many online reporters are there in the country?
